General Information about Registration

Registration is held prior to the beginning of each quarter. Registration dates are scheduled for returning students, and those who have only been out one quarter, during the preceding quarter. Returning student registration dates are posted on each campus.

New students and students who have been out of school more than one quarter will register during open student registration scheduled just prior to the beginning of the quarter. Incoming students will be notified by mail and must bring their registration letter to registration. Open registration is available in the office of Student Affairs at every campus location.

Students must complete registration at the campus that their program advisor is located.

Steps to complete registration include:

  1. See advisor for course selection

  2. Receive student fee bill

  3. Present student fee bill to cashier, Financial Aid Office, or WIA Office (depending on method of payment) and complete fee payment.

  4. Receive student schedule

  5. Obtain student ID and parking permit.

  6. Complete online new student orientation.

Currently enrolled, regular status students complete Returning Student Registration after mid-point of a current quarter for the following quarter. Dates of Returning Student Registration are posted each quarter. Students must complete advisement with their program advisor during the designated advisement dates. After completing advisement, students may register via Ban Web (on-line) or be registered by their advisor. After close of the posted Returning Student Registration dates, students will receive, by mail, their student billing/schedule information. Complete registration procedures are contained in the quarterly class bulletin.
