Enrollment Processing
These are changes in process and procedures for credit students:

Students are encouraged to sign authorizations allowing fees to be taken out of state and/or federal student aid or obtain a Third Party agreement (access electronic authorization by logging into Banner Web student account). After all payment options have been exhausted, students with unpaid fees after the payment deadline must be dropped from all class rosters.

September 19 at 5:00 p.m. is the payment deadline.
- October 1 - 3 a three-day “No Harm No Foul” drop period for all students. Students who withdraw from a course by the end of the third instructional day of the quarter will receive no grade for the course and will receive a 100% refund of applicable tuition and refundable fees.

Students who withdraw from a course after the end of the third instructional day of the quarter and before the midpoint shall receive an appropriate W grade and shall receive no refund of tuition and fees.

October 1 - 7 Students will be allowed to add open sections of courses up through and including the first 7 calendar days of the quarter.

There are no longer provisions for 75% refunds at the beginning of the term. The refund policy is revised to “Students will receive a 100% refund of applicable tuition and refundable fees for courses dropped by the end of the third instructional day of any quarter.”
